.. the faith healing grift, where he'd close his eyes and scrunch up his face with the effort of drawing money out of unseen, frightened people with a television amplified one way cold read.
.. the prosperity gospel grift, where he guaranteed that some god would give to you ten times what you gave to CBN.
.. and his attribution of natural disaster to the displeasure of a bigoted god who hatred mirrored his own.
