I'd argue that the red column should be much wider at the top than at the bottom. But actually, I think it's ultimately useless, even counterproductive ... nay, reinforcing part of the problem, to try to delineate one group of people and call them "evil" or blame them for stuff....
Blame is a tool to distribute revenge/retribution, but revenge does not solve issues. Accumulation of unchecked power is dangerous, no matter in whose hands it ends up.

I think the problem is pretty equal in terms of percentage of each class who are the bad guys.

The more I thino about this: It's actually kinda useless to discuss that, really, because everyone has their own impressions, and there is no scenario where we can judge someone a "bad guy" based on "these simple rules". Because any simple rule to judge other people is basically prejudice, and therfore bad...
Also, I think almost nobody is bad, but almost everyone will act bad if you put them in the bad guy seat and tell them to do their thing.
