condie@snazzyq I stopped closing windows and quitting applications years ago once ram became plentiful. If I do need to close one though, cmd-q for sure

@snazzyq I’d argue, also, that this is one of the poor design decisions on the OG Mac that was foolishly carried over to OS X.

Wunthyll@snazzyq I only started using Mac regularly in the last 6 years, but it depends on what I’m doing if I command+q or just click close. Bigger programs get the full quit, small stuff gets to generally stay open.
