We are already seeing wild amounts of out of state housing purchases by absentee landlords from thousands of miles away which is leading to affordability crises in places like Cincinnati. I expect this will keep getting worse as we're framed as America's climate fallout shelter.

@TeamMidwest yeah I remember when right ring radio in Fargo shutdown Lutheran social services after they brought in the Somali boys in the Roma. Spent over a decade up there but you know if a meteor hit North Dakota tomorrow well the Buffalo will come back
