Mike Sterling, Comics GuySo was THE SIMPSONS ever *really* "bad" or is this a case of people having nostalgia for a particular period when they watched it (like SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE)? Or is it a case of having a legendary period at the beginning and everything else suffers in comparison (like SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE)? Or was there a particularly dire period people point at as being the nadir of the series (like SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE)?

rootfish@mikester in my opinion the earlier seasons were good but then they lost all their original writers and now you have Bart talking about being on Only fans
