Oops, I did it again.
@jamesthomson ooh, how hard is that to set up with intents?
@kylebshr Not hard at all really, I got that going in about half an hour.
@jamesthomson If you need someone to beta test... just let me know, I'll be happy to test it, once it's in a usable version.
@waynedixon It will be a while, but yes!
@jamesthomson Apple should have gotten you a pre-release Vision for you to port Pcalc About !
@jamesthomson Users would riot! You have to use the multiplication sign (×) instead of an x. Other than that it’s perfect.
@jamesthomson Since there are only two available numbers, would that be binary arithmetic?
@the_other_jon I added a few more in the next post :)
@jamesthomson I disagree. I run the betas on my primary all the time. I think the point of having the Beta is to have a full hands on experience and running it on a back up would defeat the purpose. Are there occasional bugs, and it’s gotten a lot better over the years. I have my computer in case something does go screwy which has only happened to me twice in 12 years. I report the bugs quickly to Apple and usually I can find work arounds.
@jamesthomson Now if someone wants to run a Beta and they are not comfortable with solving tech problems, or the problems that can occur have no work around, then yes, I would say use a secondary device. The issues I usually encounter are OcR apps but I have several so if one doesn’t work, I can use another.
@hallen You disagree with what? I think you replied to somebody else.
@jamesthomson It was a response to the Beta, but maybe my program responded to the wrong toot.
@jamesthomson that feels like an overly simple calculator, I'll be honest.
@jamesthomson It should be 6 x 9, though.
