Since the abductees were lured onto the bus in Florida and plane in New Mexico under false pretenses, he would have to argue that fraud is legal in both states. Pass me the popcorn if they try that!
I’m sort of hoping that they impanel a grand jury (the investigation is already open) and subpoena the contractor. Also go for civil forfeiture of the plane if it comes back to CA.
