Apple showed some incredible technology this morning and it feels really weird to have no desire to own it.

@chockenberry But I realize that I left out the iPad.

When the iPad first came out, I said, "Huh. Not for me.”

But *now*, in 2023, it is my primary mobile computer.

So maybe that's what this will become? In 10 years?

Was there any mention of overcoming VAC? I didn't see anything in the summaries I've read so far. If they don't have a good solution for VAC they don't have a product for me. When I was an intern building VR apps if I was in a headset for too long I got super motion sick and my vision would be wonky for quite a while afterwords. I'm not sensitive to motion generally so I i chalk it up to the eye/brain strain rather than just the conflicting motion information.
