Apple showed some incredible technology this morning and it feels really weird to have no desire to own it.

@chockenberry When the iPhone first came out, I desperately wanted one-- the only thing that kept me back was the price. It was such an amazing improvement on any of the phones I'd had up to that point-- and I was an early smartphone (Sidekick, Nokia, etc) adopter.

When the Apple Watch first came out, I said, “Huh. I dunno if I want to give my more fashionable watch, but that's nifty" and I ended up getting one several years later.

But this? How does this (currently) slot into my life?
