@[email protected] Oh that too, for a minute there it was like half the Fedi was blocking us as Nazis pretending to be Jews, the other half was yelling us for being Zionists even though it said on the about page that we weren't. I think that that was definitely a growing up moment for me, just at a time I was wrapping up my burntout on antifascism @[email protected]
And there was nothing wrong with the black instance either. The fediverse was and continues to be very racist. Every attempt to deny or minimise that is an impediment to fixing it
