@Makleas the app, I find, makes all the difference in finding (or making sense) of the federated timeline. The official app is ok but I use Megalodon. It allows for creating custom timelines using hashtags or search parameters.
@olbaidiablo Thank you for the suggestion. I have not tried the Megalodon before, I will have to check it out. Custom timelines using hashtags and search parameters does sound very useful for organizing the vast amount of content on the federated timeline.
