I love monthly accounting weekend.

- I get to play with excel
- We get to indulge in extra take-out
- I get to see how much close/far were out last year predictions.
- It helps me freak out (a lil' bit) less about buying things

@Jey_snow Someone happy...while working in Excel?
@arrobas @Jey_snow Spreadsheets make me happy :)

@arrobas @Jey_snow So I shouldn't show you the spreadsheet collections I have? I have google sheets open right now for my upcoming trip plans and budget.
@nyreak @Jey_snow you weirdos, OK, share.
@arrobas I mean... I have spreadsheets about the puzzles I've done so far this year, and the boards that I've completed with 3 or 4 stars on Overcooked, and obviously school stuff for my kid. :D

@nyreak @arrobas me too!
I usually do a spreadsheets for:
- luggage
- home budget
- board game/RPG design

Now that I think of ot I've not done a personal spreadsheet (other than budget) in a while now... πŸ€”

@Jey_snow @arrobas I'm not the most organized person with actual items in my life, but, if my information is organized into nice little rows and columns, my brain is happy.
@nyreak @arrobas @Jey_snow I like spreadsheets, too - but only relaxing ones I do at home, not the awful ones I used to have to do at work at high speed on a deadline. That was serious migraine fuel to quickly scan through so many lines of Excel. But at home I have a bunch of them and they're very soothing.

I really like the construction part, but filing os usually not that fun. And kobs have a way of making things unfun
@Jey_snow @nyreak @arrobas Yeah, it has to be something relaxed, like I only have to add one or two items at a time, or maybe you add a dozen items once a month. Not a ton of data entry. That's no fun.
