It took a lot of cobbling together of parts but the shifter is back in the Saab 900 and it even has an ignition key! Baby steps but things are moving forward.

@Thecarhoarder Apparently a Saab 900 right of passage, it wouldn't be so bad if I had to do it again, but everything is so weird about it. It's like working with alien technology for the first time.
@dan ended up getting rid of mine again till I can afford a nicer one ðŸ˜. They’re beautifully weird.
