depends on how you define poor I suppose, for the most destitute who are homeless I'd tend to agree your right.. but for the vast majority of people, even the lower class, this still applies.
@freemo @RadicalGraffiti what access do lower class people have to the means of changing their government to do anything at all, let alone attempting to control others? The government responds only to the wealthy, and serves their interests exclusively. To pretend otherwise is to feign ignorance.
The meme i posted doesnt saying anything about **changing** the government. You can use it to control other people just the way it is.
@freemo @RadicalGraffiti how does a poor person use the government to control others? What means of control do poor people have? Who is a poor person lobbyist? What branch of the military do the poor command? The equivalencies just don't exist.
We already covered that I dont think people who are truely destitute and poor can.. I said lower-class (lower-middle and up in this case) however and up can... Do you mean to rephrase your question to mean the lower class I referred to?

I aleady answered this question if you arent going to rephrase it... so no you dont have to rephrase it, but if you dont its useless in its current form as I already addressed the case of destitute poor people.
