Today was my last day of being a "stay at home" parent (hate that phrase). We marked it with a roadtrip to the beach, fish and chips, ice cream, trying to eat stones and sand instead, and a nice walk

I have SO much respect for people who do parenting full time. It's incredibly hard, and not for me longer term. But I wouldn't change any of the time I had, and feel very thankful and glad that I was able to make the decisions I did

Now I just have the weekend for new job excitement/anxiety!
