@Pissybadger Not really. I suspect it has something to with scheduling, availability, and how much it cost to host.

Holiday weeks off and Summer time tends to be more expensive than off peak season. That's when schools is out for holiday and some work locations as well.

Majority of furry cons often occurred off peak season because of that. It also happened to be mild to cold weather. I can't imagine wearing fursuit during hot humid weather.

@hamakei Lol! One week of summer, then right back into arctic conditions and igloos, dogsleds, and whale hunting. ; )
