Job searching sucks, no one enjoys doing it, so if your company can't keep junior developers from leaving you are the problem. Give people a reason to stay and they will, give them a reason to leave and they will. The companies refuse to admit they've created this environment themselves.
@kyru As a Nurse I worked in care homes...it was well-known that the faster the staff turnover in a home, the worse the management was. There was a direct correlation.
