In my case, I have no children, no one to continue my legacy; so, I stipulated in my will that the distribution rights to all my books will pass to Project Gutenberg after the copyright expiry date, which is 70 years after my death the case. So, nobody can abuse my work, nobody can make money out of my name while doing nothing just to exploit other people. In my opinion, every author should consider this as an option; even with a big family.
