how about you go fuck yourself
i hate when projects pretend discord is a good way to share/archive information
@agatha Ah yeah, I had an issue with OBS on Wayland

There was a perfectly good GitHub issue about it

One of the maintainers was like "Oh no, we dont do GitHub issues anymore, ask on our Discord"

To that maintainer:
I will see you in hell (and yes, I am an atheist, but it seems wrong that there is no hell for these people), and I will have packed PLENTY of holy hand grenades (you know, like from Monty Python)
@agatha also that response had like 10 dislikes (it was 9 until I came by)
@agatha Like, the only time where using Discord as an issue tracker is acceptable is for a Discord bot.

There is no other reason why. I don't care that many content creators have a Discord account but not a GitHub account - your project is on GitHub, and you should use the issue tracker there. End of.
@agatha Actually, I re-read the response

turns out they still use the issue tracker, but they deemed the question to be about tech support (also they suggested the OBS forums as well as Discord)
