@LarsFosdal if the handles are intend to help writers attract subscribers with simpler links, then the email part is still important.
@chrismessina That is a good point. In your opinion - What makes Substack better than WordPress? Personally, I can't see the attraction, but then again - I have no interest in monetizing my opinions.
@LarsFosdal it's been a long time since I've used WordPress... So you'll have to give it a try to see the difference. If self-hosting is important, WordPress is the right choice.
