@ai6yr No kidding. I moved to Mastodon in November, locked down my Twitter account and finally deleted it. But I used to rely on Twitter for meeting people who normally wouldn't engage with my climate work. Now the deniers have bigger platforms than the scientists.
@chadmbriggs Yep. I have not been posting there, but I have retweeted some satellite imaging of fires in Alberta/etc recently where people have cc'd me, and it's a litany of trolls who reply... I go over there and block a dozen deniers at a time. It's awful...
