David J. Atkinson@w7voa It has the feel of a “reconnaissance in force” mission wherein one try’s to draw out the enemy’s defenses. The guy driving probably didn’t know much. Observers would gauge reaction times, directions, etc. This suggests a higher level of threat to the White House and nearby buildings.
