Petition to bring back the OG Apple Watch face from the 90s.
@BasicAppleGuy I never knew I wanted this, but I want this!
@BasicAppleGuy petition for custom watch faces.
@BasicAppleGuy 😍 I don’t think I’d actually use it, but I want this to exist.
@BasicAppleGuy The squiggly second hand really does it for me 😍
@BasicAppleGuy Yes please. I have that one somewhere! 👍
@BasicAppleGuy Hah, I remember that ad. Blew my mind that not only did Apple start including Extensions Manager with the OS, but they also advertised Conflict Catcher. It’s like they were admitting how unstable the OS architecture was at that point 😂
@BasicAppleGuy what the heck is a conflict catcher
@jperlow @BasicAppleGuy Basically a control panel that automated the way to disable half of your extensions and then half of those to quickly determine which combination is causing a problem with a minimum of restarts.

@BasicAppleGuy @TPOHolmes I love my old Apple Watch.

Can I get this as a face on my current Apple Watch?

@thedorismith @BasicAppleGuy I don’t know, but it’s surely the right time of year to ask. #WWDC
@thedorismith @BasicAppleGuy @TPOHolmes There needs to be a Susan Kare watch face that cycles through Classic Macintosh pixel art.
@mikeschnier @thedorismith @BasicAppleGuy @TPOHolmes shut up and take my money dot gif
@Verso @thedorismith @BasicAppleGuy @TPOHolmes
If you want to throw money at Susan Kare, this throw blanket’s pretty damn cool. https://www.areaware.com/products/cairo-throw
Cairo Throw

@Verso @thedorismith @BasicAppleGuy @TPOHolmes Picked one up at a local store as a gift, was pleased that the original designer was involved.
@BasicAppleGuy this wasn’t even the only one. They had another with the Think different slogan.
@BasicAppleGuy Surely you could use you fellow powers and make this happen @pschiller?
@BasicAppleGuy and Conflict Catcher for Apple Watch
@BasicAppleGuy Apple design has changed a lot. The colors and geometry make the OG Apple Watch look more like a Google product to modern eyes.
@standev @BasicAppleGuy I was thinking the same thing! It actually has all four the colours Google uses to brands its apps.
@BasicAppleGuy i’ll try and make it in clockology
