Remember about these, this is the second lawsuit of its kind. When the "News" says its the economy etc that 'caused' lay-offs in these companies.

Its not, mismanagement to increase in pocket CEO money as well as most have been caught, or about to be caught, doing illegal things and now have to pay for it...
