Working remotely is not a benefit, it's a mindset but most companies stick to the principle: you only work when I can see you in the office. Makes me sad and angry. Really disappointing, this "digital world".

@cbassols I just can guess that it's a lack of trust. Even if everybody knows that sitting in an office in front of a screen ≠ productive work. 🤷♀️
Maybe to demonstrate what forcing people to work from the office is, employees should sit in the office and burn (company) money at their desks. 😉
