The aid the USA has given to Ukraine has largely been in the form of military hardware and economic assistance. About $43b of the total of $83b given was military hardware, not cash. The economic assistance has been explicitly to keep their people fed, housed, energy covered and similar.
Turkey is not shelling Kiev. Lots of countries have access to western arms, including some who have supplied Russia. Iran still has US fighter jets.

And no, Ukraine did not get US fighter jets. They convinced the US to permit nations with F-16 fleets to send some to Ukraine. Countries like Denmark have asked permission. These were purchased by those nations from the USA and have been on a deprecation schedule as they have replaced them with F-35's, also purchased from the USA. No gift.
