They must sue. Punitive damages for pain and suffering. We are going to have to litigate our way through these aggressive and destructive laws. It is the only way. Waiting and hoping for the best outcome from the next election cycle no longer works.

Yes. Sue the state. Unfortunately, individual legislatures are probably indemnified.

I'd still like to see them try.

@AnonymooseGuy @dangillmor Time to stop assuming and just proceed. Whether it is legal or not has no bearing on whether it should be attempted. We have to become much more aggressive now. There are no other options.

The only "right" they champion is there's, and their's alone. The right to power.

#HumanRights are a myth to be extinguished.

We are only fighting for the survival of the #RuleOfLaw; the foundation of civilization.
