@lesblazemore @davidpierce Totally agree hosts in competitive markets have more power to dictate terms. OTOH, Airbnb could forbid things like this as a requirement to use their platform. The increasing prevalence of garbage like this, cleaning requirements, etc makes me much more likely to stick with traditional hotels from now on.
