Oh my word. Taken me five minutes to clean my laptop after spitting out my coffee laughing at this.

BMW is working on a Metaverse project so that passengers can have AR/VR in the car.

They have seen how everyone (except car companies) have left the space, right? Who is making decisions at this company?

@CrackedWindscreen Motion sickness inside VR inside a car clearly isn't going to be any sort of problem at all in any way...

Cynic in me says they're trying to hoover up investors pouring away from other platforms but haven't quite connected the dots over why :)

@CrackedWindscreen It's a good business model for them, especially when they get you to return the used bags so they can empty them out onto the design desk.
