End of the road for Devon's mobile library service

Very sad, but understandable given the current cost of living crisis.

I trust that this service can be reinstated when things look up a bit, or run by volunteers in a different kind of way.

Devon's mobile library service is to be scrapped because the county council says it cannot afford to replace its run-down and unreliable library vans
