South Carolina moves closer to abortion ban, a Southern trend that puts pressure on Virginia

@GottaLaff I don’t know any woman who has ever known she was pregnant before 6 weeks, including myself. Horrendous laws, and we women better make these right wing hypocrites pay in all 50 states. #VoteThemOut #WomensHealth #WomensRightsUnderAttack
@GottaLaff 6 weeks IS a near total ban.
@Sameagle That was my point, exactly
@GottaLaff I’m not sure how this isn’t a total ban. You barely know you’re late at 6 weeks and if they’re counting the way a drs office counts it- you aren’t because it’s counted from the first day of the mother's last menstrual period. You MIGHT test at 8 weeks if you’re very regular.
@Danetteb Hence my opener. It’s tantamount to a ban
@GottaLaff I got what you said but others don’t realize when they start counting. They think 6 weeks is after you have sex so just a little clarification on the #s
@Danetteb Oh, and I knew you got it. I was validating what you said.
