@RepShontelBrown: Please also introduce a rule to protect medical products and services from states who might want to arbitrarily disrupt the provisioning of vaccines, reproductive health services, or gender-affirming medical care.

I'm tempted to suggest that it should be called the Death Panel Disembowelment Act.
