The only justification for allowing a six-week abortion ban to go into effect while a lawsuit makes its way up through the courts is if you believe no women (or other people who can get pregnant) are harmed by having to carry a dangerous, non-viable, or even just unwanted pregnancy to term or until they go into sepsis while everyone dickers around arguing standing.
