Seems like "design systems" are mostly about accommodating an inexperienced, undertrained workforce.
@bradellis curious what you mean. We use https://designsystem.digital.gov and it seems like a nice tool for bringing consistency across a wide variety of apps

@alanpparsons I was being a dick, but the idea is we could have a detailed conversation about how to enable PiP on iOS and Android, and the deltas of each platform in prod planning and design. But junior design, eng, and product people lack knowledge. Design systems level out experience and provide a common vocabulary to speak with. Simpler, targeted documentation makes it more possible to read and understand. But in turn it numbs the full capabilities of a platform feature.
