The article starts out with saying "as the pandemic continues to recede..." How exactly does it recede though? From where i'm standing, the virus just keeps evolving into more and more contagious variants with more immune escape, likely doing the same damage it has always done. Just because we are now vaccinated and it can no longer kill us outright, doesn't mean we can act like LC and accumulated immune system damage, organ damage, decrease in life expectancy and quality dont exist
