Calcedony Prime@183231bcb @molly0xfff "Ruggable" in this context is playing off "Unruggable" which basically means "We've taken steps to make it impossible for this to be a scam"
So "Ruggable" would mean "It is absolutely possible for this to be a scam" or even "We have taken steps to make it easy to turn this into a scam"

And yeah, if someone tells me "this definitely isn't a scam!" It makes me suspicious that it is a scam.
(Like social media posts that begin with the words "Honest question:...")
