Exactly!! Instead this guy KILLED HIM.

I saw his lawyer on TV tonight. He claims Neely was threatening because he said he'd take life in prison.

And you know what a person has to do to get life in prison, he said.

So I guess if you feel threatened because of what someone may be THINKING, instead of walking away or averting your eyes, you are supposed to KILL the threatening person.

Nope. That makes YOU the aggressor. Penny became the aggressor.
