@holgi In China muss man wohl ein Parkplatz nachweisen bevor man ein Nummernschild erhält und nur mit einem Nummernschild kann man ein Auto kaufen. Und ja, für Parkplatz und Nummernschild muss man auch reichlich bezahlen.
