DJDarrenFor #SundayPixWings, it's not the best photo because it was taken with an iPhone 5 ten years ago, but my walk to work used to take me through a business park that had an ornamental pond, on which a couple of herons used to hang out. I always loved seeing them in the morning.
Also, remembering back to when we lived on a houseboat, and the local swan family would come to our bedroom window for their breakfast.
No wings on display here, but they're implied...
