Pat AllanCurrently seeking recommendations for hardware to extend a wifi network through an older two-story house with brick walls. I understand Ubiquiti are at the fancier end of the spectrum - is that overkill, or worthwhile? Other things to consider?
/B@pat I have Ubiquiti all over the house, built over time and it’s been rock solid! I upgraded to the UDM Pro and AP 6 Pro (might be overkill but we both work from home) … we got Cat5e throughout the house, so extending wifi to edge areas was just done by adding a U6 mesh for example. Not cheap…
