everyone knows it's extremely useful to be able to go to a library at 9:30 p.m. especially if you've gone to college.
Again, y'all like college because campuses are planned cities. Usually not even all that well-planned, yet even then it still beats the hell out of the ancapistan that is most american towns and cities.
