In the midst of the largest public health crisis in a century, more than 82 per cent of Albertans chose to be vaccinated against COVID. Not because they were charmed or corrupted by a genocidal dictator. They made a free and rational decision, based on science, to protect themselves, their families and their communities. It was an act of love. To compare them to Nazis, seduced by Hitler’s hate, is disrespectful to both the victims of the Holocaust and to the compassion and courage of Albertans.
