- the buzzy bassline starting at 1:54 is no-input mixer tuned by tweaking the EQ knobs

- the riser sound at the beginning is chopped up by tapping a guitar pedal off-and-on. it could be a feedback loop or some other sound going through the pedal

no-input mixer, and feedback through pedals in general, is all over classic noise music acts like Forcefield, Lightning Bolt, or Toshimaru Nakamura.

you don't actually need analog hardware to play with feedback, but within a DAW you do need a little impulse or background noise to kick off the feedback loop, and most likely a high-pass filter and a compressor to stop runaway DC offset.
