AlexanderVI@RickiTarr people know that (at least in labour contexts), these technologies are used by employers to eliminate humans, with the savings all going to the owners, and leaving the workers out of a job.
We live in the techno futurist utopia where most physical labour has been taken over by robots, but this has not freed us up to pursue human joy, it has resulted in huge numbers of humans being surplus to requirements. So I guess that's an actual dystopia?🤷♂️
