Like I know that productivity is important in economic contexts but why make something this boring your identity for fuck's sake?

jim68000@tante the question is “what is it for, this endless drive for productivity?” We have more stuff in the west than we’ll ever need. It feels like capitalism is an AI that’s overfitting for one goal and ignoring all the rest
