Lazyweb question: Anyone have a favorite color tablet that's good for comic books?

I guess "big iPad" is maybe the answer, but I kinda want an android tablet

Once upon a time, my Nexus 7 was my favorite tablet, but it seems pretty long in the tooth and sluggish now. Also, just a bit too small for comfy reading of american comics
@lmorchard I've sworn off tablets in general, so this isn't with any actual use behind it, but OnePlus just released their first tablet: https://www.androidauthority.com/oneplus-pad-review-3309359/

Android Authority
@lmorchard My old Pixel Slate is great for that, but they are kind of hard to get these days :) … Actually I’d suggest looking at a ChromeOS tablet for the extra flexibility.
@lmorchard drop the Comixology Android app or a CBZ reader on it (or both)
@rafial Ohh yeah, I think I forgot you could run Android apps on ChromeOS!

@lmorchard I just found the Android reader experience so awful it wasn't worth dealing with again. My little Nook reader was fine for epub but literally nothing else.

On iPad, I'm currently using Chunky, which is cheap but does Dropbox syncing well enough and has a nice library view:

@lmorchard tbh I have an iPad, but it’s kind of heavy for reading

Not sure if they make a lightweight version these days or like an iPad Air maybe

@lmorchard my Lenovo tab has been working fine for me. Nothing special, but it's replaced my laptop for almost all my daily leisure computing (webcomics, news, social Media)
@lmorchard If you insist on Android; Google just announced a new 11” tablet.
