#storybookjs is supposed to be awesome. And it kind of is. But it really bugs me how one of their top selling points is that it’s a great tool for writing documentation, while their own documentation is… very very far from good. It also looks like they’re not actually using Storybook for the Storybook documentation (though that might be a wrong impression I’m getting due to not understanding how customizable it is).
My favourite part is how you have a bajillion ways to set up different stuff, both through pure js/ts and also through React and Angular components, but it’s practically impossible to find a simple reference of “Here are all the default keys you can put in
Of course most of the addons available, first and third party, also suffer from the same issue, where they give you a snippet to copy-paste instead of an explanation what the thing is and how to use it.
