Most of the time, I can't grind out the frames I want, due to time constraints, or the particular grind I'm on isn't engaging. The only reason I was able to get my Nidus Prime is because someone happened to be selling the parts for cheap, and my sibling had a few platinum to spare.
It's FOMO because that grind is not engaging by design. They want people to give up and swipe.
@ch1m3r4c0mpl3x @badnetmask honestly the prime part grind is just not particularly fun for me that I dropped it completely. I forgot that it even existed practically, so I forgot about the vaulted primes thing.
I remember rushing to grind a Nekros Prime right before he got vaulted and we just barely did it.
Yeah that's my point. They want people to just buy them outright.
But this isn't supposed to be a shit-on-Warframe thread, I was just giving an example of FOMO. This is supposed to be shit-on-shitty-monetization-practices thread.
