I really don’t care for being program director. It’s more work, no extra pay, and extremely limited power to actually change things. But, I have these really amazing colleagues that are never satisfied with what we’re doing and are always working to improve our program for our students. That’s pretty cool and I know it is sadly rare. If only we could replicate this crew across the college…
