@UKFilmNerd Thanos throws her off the cliff in Infinity War, then when past-Thanos jumps forward in time in Endgame, she comes with him. She remains in the present after the fight, but that Gamora has never met Quill before

Well, basically, Thanos threw Gamora off a magic cliff to get the Soul Stone as he needed to sacrifice something he loved. When the Avengers went back in time to gather the infinity stones, they alerted the Thanos from another timeline of their activities. So, he followed them back to the future, bringing that timelines Gamora with him who of course had no recollection of her relationship with Peter.
